Dylan Waugh: VISEDAL Partnership 

Dylan (Technical Communications Specialist) helps underprivileged children in Managua, Nicaragua become leaders in their families and communities through VISEDAL Partnership, a nonprofit organization he founded in 2008.

VISEDAL’s Child Sponsorship Program provides children—many of whom used to beg for money on street corners—with scholarships, clothing, food stipends, access to extracurricular activities, and a mentoring relationship with VISEDAL staff. Twice a year, Dylan leads volunteer trips to Managua to encourage the children in their studies and celebrate their accomplishments.
