Pre-Registration Policy
The deadline for pre-registration is Friday, January 27, 2006. After this date, registrations must be processed on-site and will be charged the on-site registration fee. No faxes or emails will be accepted after January 27, 2006. Registrations will not be processed without a completed form and payment information.
Travel Stipends Available
A limited number of scholarships are available to Public Sector Officials and staff. Contact Miles Keogh, NARUC, to apply at mkeogh@naruc.org or call (202) 898-2217.
Cancellation Policy
Written requests received before January 27, 2006 will be honored (less a $50 processing fee.) Substitutes are accepted at any time. No refunds after January 27, 2006 without documentation of a medical emergency or flight cancellation. Cancellations by phone are not accepted. If you register in advance and do not attend or cancel, you are still responsible for the full registration fee.
