Holiday Inn on The Hill A limited number of rooms have been reserved at The Holiday Inn, located right across the street from the Hyatt Regency. Ask for the NARUC rate of $167 per night. Call 800-638-1116 for reservations. Cut-off date for reservations is January 10. Cancellation PolicyAll reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or check for one night's room and tax. Reservations must be cancelled prior to 3:00pm EST on Friday February 3, 2006 to avoid cancellation penalty equal to one night's room and tax. The only exception to this policy is documentation of a medical emergency or flight cancellation by the airlines. All reservations will be guaranteed for late arrival. Guests who do not cancel their reservations and do not arrive on the day reserved will be charged for one night's room and tax and the additional night's of their reservation will be cancelled. TransportationMetro: The Hyatt Regency Washington Hotel is located off the Red Line at the Union Station stop. After departing the Metro station, proceed to the front of Union Station and turn right. Follow E Street for two blocks to the corner of E and New Jersey. Additionally, the Judiciary Square stop is nearby.
