GovEnergy is an annual conference of over 140 technical sessions and a technology exposition that attracts Federal officials government wide, including energy policy makers; energy and facility coordinators; procurement, contracting, and budget officials; and utility acquisition teams. The event also draws the participation of Federal facility project teams from the private sector, including utilities, energy service companies, equipment manufacturers, the building construction and design professions, energy management and software companies, and industry associations, among others.
The GovEnergy workshop and trade show serves to provide effective energy management training to Federal employees and their associated stakeholders. In doing so, it fosters opportunities to further educate and encourage the best application of practices, products, and services as they relate to energy efficiency, renewable energy, water efficiency, and greenhouse gas management within the Federal sector.
Energetics is planning and organizing the 2011 event in Cincinnati, Ohio.
