Compendium of Projects
At the October 2004 GridWorks RD&D Planning Workshop, participants voiced the need to develop an inventory of existing projects at utilities, manufacturers, national laboratories, and elsewhere related to GridWorks technologies. The intent of this compendium of projects is to help stakeholders develop a bigger picture of activities that are related to GridWorks topic areas. The compendium would include projects sponsored by the Department of Energy and other federal agencies, as well as those sponsored solely by private sector organizations. The compendium is only a tool to provide electric delivery stakeholders with a vehicle to communicate various projects related to the gridworks subject. The GridWorks program is currently following up on this suggestion and would like input from you about GridWorks-related projects underway at your organization. This input will be included in the GridWorks Compendium of Projects.
