Program Design

Effective logic models provide a foundation for program evaluation. By mapping program activities to outputs and outcomes, logic models depict a program’s design and identify key areas for measurement. To support the development of these models, Energetics facilitates workshops that bring stakeholders together to reach a common understanding of a program’s design and set a clear direction for measurement priorities.
