Energetics helps federal agencies select the highest quality applications submitted in response to competitive funding opportunities.  Our web-based proposal review process is customized to each procurement activity, providing a structured, efficient, and secure platform that meets 10 CFR 600 acquisition requirements. The process fully automates document delivery and all stages of review, neatly integrating technical merit evaluations with the program manager’s review and selection. 

Our staff manages and advises all phases of programmatic peer reviews. Peer reviews conducted periodically during a program’s lifetime help funding organizations gain a realistic measure of program quality, program relevance, management quality, and appropriateness of direction. Our services include selecting competent and objective reviewers; establishing evaluation criteria; selecting venues; supporting the review panels; compiling and analyzing scores, rankings, and critiques; and summarizing recommendations.
