Energetics wrote and produced this publication to highlight the successes of DOE’s combined heat and power program since its inception in 1998 and to articulate the agency’s vision and program plans for the future.
Client Need
The U.S. Department of Energy requested a polished document to highlight the successes of its combined heat and power program and to outline the future direction of the program. Because the program covers a multitude of technologies and different types of DOE activities, presenting information about the program in an attractive, concise, and logical manner was a challenge.
Solution
Energetics has a long-standing involvement with the DOE combined heat and power program, as well as an extensive network with CHP equipment manufacturers, product developers, system integrators, and federal, regional, and local educational institutions. Using this background, we researched, wrote, and produced a publication that accurately presented the program’s major achievements and future direction in a clear, accurate, and visually appealing format. Our in-house publications and document production team was an important part of the project.
Results
This publication is being extensively distributed by DOE’s Industrial Technologies Program to promote its combined heat and power program to partners, stakeholders, and other interested parties. It is prominently featured on the DOE website and distributed at industry events.
