PERC's R&D program must convey complex, highly technical information to the propane industry, equipment suppliers, government agencies, and customers and use a strategic process to maximize the impact of its finite R&D communications resources.
Solution
Energetics developed a comprehensive plan that specifies communications that should occur as an R&D project progresses through the development pipeline; a suite of communications products (fact sheets, press releases, website content, brochures, etc.) with a unified look and feel; and several products that have won awards for excellence in technical communications.
Results
PERC and Energetics have worked together since 2004 to execute an award-winning technical communications program. The program received widespread acclaim from the propane industry and its stakeholders.
