Energetics provided logistical and secretarial support to the Electric Grid Vulnerability Task Force and is helping to research for, write, and produce a report of research recommendations for the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.
The Electric Grid Vulnerability Task Force, co-chaired by the Department of Defense and Department of Energy, is a collaborative effort among numerous federal agencies to develop research recommendations for enhancing the security and resilience of the nation’s electric grid. The group needed executive secretariat support to maximize their time and efforts.
Energetics provided secretarial and logistics support to monthly meetings of the Task Force on Electric Grid Vulnerability, and is researching and writing for the task force’s final report and helping to edit and produce it.
The Department of Homeland Security and other federal agencies will use the recommendations in their efforts to accelerate the development and deployment of technologies or processes to address electric grid vulnerabilities.
