In 2003, nine global copper companies agreed that the time was right to work together to address some of the most pressing technical, economic, and social challenges facing the industry.  Their overall goal was to establish collaborative efforts to improve the overall competitiveness and sustainability of the industry.

With leadership from AMIRA International, Energetics worked with an industry steering committee to establish goals and focus areas.  We then designed a workshop to brainstorm potential solutions to overcoming challenges and reaching the goals.  The nine companies indicated their top priorities, which are addressed in detail in the roadmap.
