EERE sought to encourage the use of energy-efficient integrated energy system (IES) technology by bringing together a large audience base of potential users from across the United States and showcasing the successful integrated energy systems (IES) that are currently in place around the country.

Energetics developed a four-hour live webcast, which included three video synopses that used live footage of the systems in action and interviews from involved experts. Energetics coordinated attendee registration, contacted experts to give in-studio presentations and hold live panel discussions, produced the live webcast, and facilitated the interactive, email-based Q&A portion of the webcast. After the live event, Energetics also made the webcast available on DVD for interested parties.

800 attendees learned and collaborated effectively without having to leave their offices.
