Energetics is interviewing internal and external stakeholders to assess the quality and comprehensiveness of a common set of metrics developed for the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE).
Before collecting baseline data on a common set of metrics developed for its programs, EERE wanted to assess the set’s quality and comprehensiveness.
Energetics designed a survey instrument to interview EERE program managers and research and development (R&D) managers outside of EERE. Energetics will begin interviews in late 2009.
EERE will use the collected information to modify the common set of metrics before collecting baseline data on them.
